By accessing or using FlipLens AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
FlipLens AI is an AI-powered resale value estimation tool. Users can scan items using photos or barcodes to receive estimated resale values, market analysis, and buy/pass recommendations. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
All price estimates, valuations, and recommendations provided by FlipLens AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any valuation. Actual resale prices may vary significantly based on condition, market demand, location, timing, and other factors. You should not rely solely on our estimates when making purchasing or selling decisions. FlipLens AI is not a licensed appraiser and does not provide professional appraisal services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.
FlipLens AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The free tier includes a limited number of scans. Once your free scans are used, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue scanning. We reserve the right to modify the number of free scans at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (e) upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FlipLens AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload for scanning, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
By uploading images or providing information to the Service, you grant FlipLens AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from user activity for analytics and product improvement purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipLens AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlipLens AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
